Kommentare:Cash app is by far the best, easiest & most connected way to send & receive money with almost no cost unless you want faster transfer timing. Just be sure your account has both a phone # & an email address listed

Vorteile:

The lightening speed for sending & receiving money is incredible. Connect any debit card or bank account & you can add money or send money. You even have the option to get a debit card to simplify things even more. If you are sent money you can deposit it into whatever account &/or debit card connected to your cash app account. With direct deposit you really do get your money early, even over the weekend unlike most

Nachteile:

If you change your phone # connected to your cash app account, there's little chance to get back into your account. Customer service is terrible, too. Despite numerous in-app messages plus emails & phone conversations, the support staff never had all the information prior to each response. One communication would have them saying it was possible to retrieve a previous account while the next communication for the same issue would have them saying there's no way to recover an older account even if it had balance still

Kommentare:Using Cash App has been such a help in my every day life, from paying people, sending money to my kids, family, etc. I don't know how I ever lived without it honestly.

Vorteile:

Using Cash app is So easy. Almost everyone has it and it works almost 100% of the time exactly like it should. It's trustworthy and recognizable. It has been a life-saver for me, a person who rarely carries actual cash.

Nachteile:

The only thing I don't like is when it doesn't work correctly.

Kommentare:I use cash app from time to time to transfer moneys moneys to companies for bill payment or to purchase items or sometimes to send money to family.

Vorteile:

I like that cash app is widely used by a lot of my clients and friends and colleagues as well as family members so most people are familiar with it and know how to use it

Nachteile:

I dislike that sometimes it's not compatible with everybody's software and can be a little bit complicated at times to maneuver through this systems

Quick and easy cash flow

Kommentare:It’s a great app. Doesn’t need all the bells and whistles like on Venmo.

Vorteile:

It’s easy and not complicated at all to use. I am able to send and receive cash quickly and have had no issues so far whatsoever. I’m very pleased with it and it’s made my life easier out of the convenience, quickness and ease of use

The fee for immediate transfer to my bank

I love the ability to collect funds immediately or through a standard transfer option to a bank account.

Would like to see the option to transfer funds immediately without a fee being applied.

Kommentare:It's nice to be able to get paid from each of my customers instantly. It's better for me and convenient to them. I have recommended Cash app to all my customers and now they all use it!

Vorteile:

I don't get charged when I send, recieve or add money to my accountI can get payments in seconds. So when I do my side job (Dog Walking) I get paid on time everytime.

Nachteile:

I haven't ran into any problems. Even the customer service is excellent

Kommentare:Overall i would continue to use this app because i have successfully been able to send and received money from friends and family. This would be useful to send to all the people who owe me a little money from the past!

Vorteile:

This is a great app to send money person to person. I love the feature where you can request payment from a person just like an invoice. Plus they give you the option to wait to get your money for free, or pay a little to get it immediately.

Nachteile:

I had a hard time reaching someone from customer service to request a transaction i needed to cancel. After the first time calling, the call was disconnected, so i just reached out to the person and they were able to refund my payment.

Useful cash card

Kommentare:I usually carry cash on me for spending, I like cash app for the purpose of online purchases and contactless pay. It has replaced my debit card for most things, I preload it every payday and only spend what I have budgeted for myself in cash app.

Vorteile:

I use this card as well as my husband, I love that we can pre load it with our spending money and transfer to each other when needed. We keep our finances seperate this way and can limit how much we are spending on fast food and frivolities.

Nachteile:

I have had to transfer money back into my bank account and I don't love how much time it has to hold the money before it gets put back into my bank account.

Kommentare:My kids went without Christmas due to cash app keeping my stolen money. They refused to truly look into it. They kept brushing me and and they think nothing is wrong when someone steals your cash card and make purchases on them. They constantly have connection issues where you don’t get your money right when it’s sent like it supposed to. Please for your sake and the sake of your money beware!!! There’s a better way to send money. PayPal or chime or payoneer. I promise on my word cash app is a fraud and a thief. I’m not the only one this has happened to.

Vorteile:

I use to like cash app but now I can honestly say it’s the worst place with the worst employees. Instead of doing their job they say over and over select a transaction when reporting an issue.

Nachteile:

Their customer service would not help get the problem solved what so ever. You can contact the big timers of cash and they refuse to acknowledge your existence. They let people steal your money and don’t give it back even with proof. They let hundreds get taken from me and refuse to do their job and really investigate and they keep your money. The only time they will answer you is if the better business bureau answers then they still refuse to look into your matter.

Cash App: Quick peer to peer money transactions with reasonable fees

Kommentare:Overall, Cash App worked well to send money to peers at the speed you elect to with corresponding fees attached. The fees seemed reasonable and the option of receiving a physical card to use daily makes Cash App very appropriate for everyone. As long as your intended recipient had enrolled in a Cash App account the transfer of funds is easy and user friendly. Every transaction that I personally engaged in went through very rapidly and the App allows users to keep a log of all transaction history. The lack of customer support is the only thing holding me back from using Cash App as frequently as I would like to. I feel as if there are other money exchanging platforms that offer decent customer support allowing users to feel more comfortable with these types of services.

Vorteile:

I mostly enjoyed how easy it was to link my bank account to my Cash App account and from there sending or receiving money was always quick and reliable. I also really enjoyed how a user can elect to receive a physical debit card with Cash App funds going directly to the card which can be used at any retailer location.

Nachteile:

Cash App's downfall for me personally is their lack of accessible customer support. Customer support is difficult to contact in a timely manner when quick resolution is needed. When I needed to access a customer service representative, I was left no other option other than writing an email describing my issue and then waiting after submission for a response. I also felt that there was no easy way to dispute conflicts due to the lack of live customer support. Another critical downfall for myself was not being able to correct any transaction you may have initiated accidentally. Once money is sent to an individual accidentally or not there was no way to correct or modify it.

Kommentare:Overall I'm really happy to use Cash App! For my business we often collect payments this way, and on the personal side I sometimes use it with family and friends. It's an amazing looking platform, and one I would definitely recommend utilizing for a small business! They also have a lot of crypto options which is great, and I can see this growing in the future. Definitely highly recommended!

Vorteile:

The thing I like most about Cash App is the great looking interface, and ability to send money to a wide array of places and people. It probably has the best user experience of any payment app that I've seen. It's overall very easy to use and has a wide number of users, which makes it easy to find your friends.

Nachteile:

The thing I like least about Cash App is that sometimes transfers can take a decent amount of time to get to your bank account. It's just a little slower than Venmo or Paypal. This isn't a huge deal, but it's something to be aware of.

It's my money and I need it now

Kommentare:My overall experience with this software is pretty good, not many complaints just don't hit return funds option if you need to return the payment, just enter in the amount you want to send back and pay it to them that way, it could be just me but Cash App will take your money if you let them lol.

Vorteile:

I love how easy to use this product is, you just send the funds and that's it, it's not too much hassle. I like that if I don't have my card on me and I left the one I need at home or in my car, I can just add cash from that card to the Cash App account, unlink that card I don't have with me and add the new card on file in my "Linked Banks" and transfer the money on the new card I have with me so I won't have to go back for the other card. I love how it shows my transactions history and I can just scan their cashtag to pay them.

Nachteile:

They definitely need a "Cash loading at a store" option for users in the south. I heard they have it up north but they definitely need it out here in Texas. They need more security protection for their users as well. I don't keep a lot of cash in my Cash App account for that reason being of so many hackers/ scammers snatch the cash out the account as if it was theirs to spend and there's no way to tell how to get it back. Cash App won't usually reimburse you if the funds get lost or stolen. That's something they could work on.

Ease of Business Today, With Cash App

Cash App is an simple yet essential to conducting business today, it allows users to open almost any kind of business they so desire. It easily provides them with a personal assistant vibe to what otherwise could've been a boring app.

Nachteile:

Branching off from the general commonplace of the app, navigating the settings and different branches can be slightly confusing and labyrinth like.

Kommentare:It is free so it is great for the price. Always expect an issue can occur and then when they don't, it makes for an awesome day.

Vorteile:

It gets the job done, it has great features and makes transactions for our company easy as long as it is set up and no transactions fail.

Nachteile:

Once one transaction fails no matters who fault it is , the app seems to flag you and not allow you to continue business in the manor previously held.

Kommentare:My experience with cash app has been a positive one I get my payments from my work deposited 2 days early I can send money to my family and friends with the ease of one button and I can keep track of all my money and the plus part of it is I get both certain places I use my cash app card.

Vorteile:

I like how convenient and easy cash app is to use everything is all in one place. I can get my direct deposit. Make payments. Purchase items online. Or send money to a friend all in one place.

Nachteile:

I wish the borrow feature was available to everybody that gets direct deposit not just certain people

Cash App - Not Quite The Best

Kommentare:Overall experience has been fairly easy to use, although as stated, very difficult to receive my stolen funds back from, even with proving such activity has occurred with a written police report from my local sheriff's department.

Vorteile:

Easy to use, although difficult to obtain any refunds, even with a police report which states the fraudulent activity. As well as the prosecution of those involved in the fraudulent activity. Yet for sone reason or another, I cannot receive my funds back from this company no matter how much I've tried to contact the support team and escalate the situation.

Nachteile:

Customer support is fast to assist, yet not at all helpful in receiving a refund for fraudulent activity, even with the proof of a police report. Disappointed in the lack of communication efforts and abundance of funds which appear as if I will never receive back from having stolen from me through this app.

A Great Payment App But Unreliable

Kommentare:I like Cashapp a lot. Aside from all of the scammers, sending money is really easy and receiving payments is easy too. I did have a technical issue in which I wasn't able to send or receive money and it was difficult to even figure out how to get in touch with CashApp and when I did it was only briefly by email that I had to follow up on way to much to receive a reply. I definitely enjoy the app and prefer it to Venmo though.

Vorteile:

I love that it's free to use, very easy to add payments, and you even have the option of investing in stocks and crypto currency.

Nachteile:

Customer support is virtually non-existent and if you run into issues you're pretty much on your own.

Payments made easy!

Vorteile:

I love the ease of receiving payments. Whether we use our cashtag, or use a QR code, it makes receiving funds a breeze! I have used this for years and find that it expanded our clientele because not everyone uses some other popular payment methods. It was quick and easy to set up and having the option of the debit card made using the funds received a snap!

Nachteile:

I would love to see them create a way to reverse transactions more efficiently.
