Making a meal plan for the month is definitely going to save you some stress as you go through this challenge. Just like planning ahead, this doesn’t mean you will go out and buy all your groceries ahead of time.

Instead, create a meal plan for a month with what you already have on hand in your pantry, fridge, and freezer. If you are missing an ingredient or two for a few meals, you can purchase just those items.
