Upgraded our wifi/modem. Works great, installer was here on time at 10:00, set up by 10:15. But he’s still here because the @GetSpectrum office has had him on hold for over an hour trying to call in the info and close the service call. 🙄😡🙄😡 #ridiculous

@Ask_Spectrum I was a customer who moved to a new location. Now i cannot get the services back at my new location!! I moved out of old place in July and new place in October. Paid previous account in full and returned equipment.

5244 University Pkwy, San Bernardino, CA 92407. 140 W Valley Blvd, Rialto, CA 92376. It's not a early upgrade if I have to pay full price for the phone. And it's shipped from customer service. I should be able to go into a store and get my upgrade.@Ask_Spectrum@Google

@BrewersRaptor @Ask_Spectrum Uninstall the app then reinstall it. I had the same issues you’re having and I was able to get the Brewer game after the reinstall.

you guys give @GetSpectrum a break. it’s either a planned outage or maintenance. the service for me is good and i have gotten better speed and performance lately. cut some slack they do this at the middle of the night for a reason.

Omg @GetSpectrum can you be anymore garbage. My internet has been dumping every 1-2 hrs for a week now and just completely went out for the night. 🙄 it’s obscene how much I pay for it to almost never work.
